Blossom Layout for a Boy

Image
So, I have two little boys.  I still love some of the girly type paper though.  I have found that I can make almost any of the girly type paper packs work for my boy layouts.    Although there are lots of florals and pinks in this kit I pulled out those and used some cardstock to keep it simple and more masculine.   This paper is retired now but I bet that I can pretty much do this with any kit.  I challenge you to try this too.  I'd love to hear which kits you've done this with.

Picture My Life Mini Book

Image
I don't know about you but I love Picture My Life cards.  I find myself pulling them out all the time to use for different things.  They are great to add to layouts, use for greeting cards or even make into a little mini book as you can see here.        Add some washi tape binding and assorted embellishments from your stash and it's done.  It only took about a half hour to finish this one up.          It's that simple.  Of course if you would like to have some help and more detailed instructions just let me know and I can set up a workshop were you and some friends can come and make these!

If you came from Darcel's blog then you are in the right place!    We hope that you will take the time to leave comments on our posts, as we love to get feedback from our viewers....whether it was something that you really liked or some new technique that was used that you would like to learn how to do....by leaving us comments, we get to hear what you like, and what you want to see. Thank you… now on to our hop! I am in LOVE with the new Charlotte paper and accessories!  I attended a corporate event in which we created the beautiful new style of Workshop Your Way kit with them.  I used a few...

Jackson Mini Album

Image
I created this cute little mini album as part of a challenge and just love how it turned out.  I used the Mini Folio album.  It's a cute 4"x4" album that is great for those instagram photos.  I used the retired Jackson papers for this book.  I added in the retired Brave Enamel Shapes to the pages. Even though the items are retired you can still find them in the while supplies last section, but hurry before they are gone. I hope you enjoyed my little album and please leave a comment below.
