General workshop details.

All workshops are held at my house in Barrie.  Registration and prepayment are required in advance so that I am able to order and prepare materials.  Cost for workshops includes taxes and shipping unless noted otherwise.  Adhesive such as tape runners, glue dots and 3d foam tape is not included and must be provide by you. 
 
I am always open to ideas for workshops so please let me know if there is something you would like to do as a group. 
 

Canvas Workshop Kit

Friday, May 17, 7-9pm


 
Create this beautiful Canvas Art Display.  This 12x12 canvas comes preprinted with an adorable chevron design.  It comes complete with TWO sets of dimensional elements (accessories) to choose from.  The kits also contains the bling, the bakers twine and a fantastic stamp set that you can use over and over again.  I have the inks required but you will need adhesive (strong liquid glue is recommended).  You'll be amazed at how quickly you can complete this project even if you've never don't any type of crafting.  The total cost for this workshop is $49.66. 
 

 

 

Mother's Day and Father's Day Workshops 

Sunday, April 28, 1-4pm

 

Create these two wonderful projects in just 3 hours.  For only $12 you will go home with wonderful gifts for two special people in your life.  They will be amazed at what you have created for them.  No previous experience is required, as easy to follow step by step instructions will be provided.  Prepayment is required no later than April 19 in order to confirm supplies needed.  To register please email me at heathersteevesCTMH@hotmail.com.  All supplies are included but please bring your own adhesive.
 
 
Create this adorable fridge magnet that will hold two pictures.  Overall size is approximately 6” x 10”.  All items are supplied; just provide two photos, 2.5” x 2.5” and 3.5” x 4.25”.
 
 
Create this cute little mini album for Dad.  It opens just like a match book and has room to hold 9 photos.  Overall size is 4” x 5.5” when closed.  All items are supplied; just provide 9 photos that can be cropped to various sizes.
 
  
 
Alternate options are to create only one project for $7.

Journal Together 2024 February Prompt

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a little Art Journal page that I made for the Elizabeth Crafts, Journal Together 2024 February prompt.   The prompt this month (February) is WOODGRAIN.   I created this page using papers from the Grungy Wood collection. All of the dies and stamps are from the new Art Journal Elements collection by Devid Roodenburg. I had some Liquid Acrylics from Finnabair in my stash which I used for the first time to add splatters and  to create the drips on the paper I cut the base using the die from the 2111 Labels, Tags & More set and scored it to fit into my Cork Art Journal. After cutting one end of the page with the floral border die, I created the pocket and added the floral border stamp on top. This pocket holds a simple ATC which can be for journaling or maybe a picture. I added transparent matt texture paste to the cover using the crackle stencil from the new collection.
